ReSanskar, Ghee is made using ancient and authentic Vedic methods of “Bilona Churning” which is also popularly known as the curd practice.
ReSanskar desi cow a2 ghee is made from a single source of milk that is sourced, tested, and produced by 100% organic farms. The cows are fed with only natural grass, herbs, and grains. This ensures the highest quality of milk which is then processed into ghee using the traditional Vedic process as described in Ayurveda to retain all the nutrients.
Process of Making Desi Cow A2 Bilona Ghee:-
32 litres of cows A2 milk gives 1 litre of ReSanskar desi cow a2 ghee. It is made by the Vedic process as described in Ayurveda to retain all the nutrients.
- The fresh A2 milk from desi Gir cows is obtained. (The cows are fed natural fodder and are also left to graze freely in the fields.)
- The milk is boiled and set to curd. This increases CLA percentage in the ghee.
- After this, the pure A2 milk is left for cooling down.
- On the very next day, the curd is hand-churned clockwise as well as anti-clockwise for nearly one and a half hours to yield the yummy butter. This step ensures that all the nutrients are retained.
- The butter is heated on natural wood-fired (“Chullah”). We use earthen pot मिट्टी की हांडी (No Aluminium Utensil Used) The butter is heated on a low flame to yield golden ghee and nice aroma to it.
- We follow Hindu Traditions shutak, if any cow gives birth to a calf, we do not use its milk for 15 days, which make our Ghee suitable for Holy Rituals. The cows are feed with green grass and leys in the scheduled diet. The diet comprises various grass-like corn, jwar, bajra, mkka, groundnut crushing and other green grasses.
