Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should be able to handle returns, run campaigns, Manage discounts, coupons, inventory etc.
• Create product listings on sites like eBay, Amazon etc.
• Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and snazzy formulae
• Communicate with courier companies and customers to make sure the products reach the customers
• Address customer complaints on phone and email
• Coordinate with people at eBay, Amazon for deals & promotions.

The following qualifications are required for this job:

• 12th, Graduate
• Ability to write and understanding basic English
• Good knowledge of computer & Internet
• Previous experience in eCommerce field preferred
